You are not buying grain.
You are funding a field.

Commitment-Based Agriculture replaces transactions with relationships.

Before we sow the first seed, you reserve a portion of our upcoming harvest. We grow exclusively for committed households — not anonymous markets. Your commitment gives us certainty. Our responsibility is to return it as food worthy of your family's table.

The moment you buy grain off a supermarket shelf, you have already lost.

By the time conventional grain reaches your kitchen, it has already passed through traders, warehouses, processors, and months of storage. Every step in that chain rewards shelf-life and volume — not freshness, nutrition, or accountability.

Commitment-Based Agriculture reverses that journey. We begin with your household instead of ending there.

01

Your Harvest Reserved Before Sowing

Your supply is reserved before the seed enters the ground. No stock uncertainty, no seasonal sell-outs, no substitutions — because your allocation exists before the crop does.

02

One Price. One Season. No Surprises.

Your price is fixed at subscription start for the full crop season — regardless of market fluctuations in wheat or logistics costs. You are immune to supply chain volatility.

03

Never Warehoused. Always Freshly Milled.

We mill your allocation within 14 days of harvest clearance and dispatch within 72 hours of milling. You never receive flour that has been sitting in a warehouse — ever. The emphasis is on ever.

04

Know Your Farmer. Know Your Food.

Know your farmer and your food. Every subscriber receives our monthly digital farm dispatch, while our higher tiers gain direct updates on sowing progress, weather reports, and harvest previews straight from the field.

Conventional Volatility vs.
ANAAD Price Lock

Conventional agricultural supply chains route your money through up to six brokers, wholesalers, and warehouse managers. Prices rise when global supply chain disruptions or seasonal panics occur. With Commitment-Based Agriculture, we bypass middlemen completely, locking in your price before sowing.

How your subscription works. No ambiguity.

Four steps. One season. A relationship that compounds.

01

Choose Your Tier

Select the commitment duration that suits your household. Every tier includes full batch ledger access and our unconditional zero-residue guarantee.

02

Your Allocation Is Reserved

Your field is planned around committed households. We adjust our sowing area based on total reservations — which means the food you'll receive in four months is being planned right now, specifically because of your commitment.

03

Harvest, Test, and Report

Once your grain is harvested, it goes to SGS India before anything else happens. You receive the batch report via email before your flour is dispatched. You see the data before the bag arrives.

04

Milled and Dispatched to You

Cold stone-milled within 14 days of harvest clearance. Nitrogen-flushed. Dispatched to your door within 72 hours of milling. Auto-repeat every 30 days until you say otherwise.

Shared Risk · Shared Responsibility

Shared risk. Shared responsibility.

Nature is never guaranteed. Neither should farming pretend to be.

If weather or disease affects our yields in a given season, every committed household shares proportionally in the available harvest. You will not receive a smaller quantity without knowing why. You will receive a transparent account of exactly what happened and exactly what you are owed.

When nature exceeds expectations, you benefit equally.

We will never quietly substitute lower-quality grain or ship a batch that has not passed lab clearance. Our commitment to you is not a promise that the weather will cooperate — it is a promise that we will never hide from you when it doesn't.

Common questions.

If your question is not answered here, write to us directly at farm@anaadfoods.com — we respond within one working day.

What is Commitment-Based Agriculture?
Instead of purchasing grain after it has been harvested, you reserve a portion of our upcoming crop before sowing begins. Your commitment enables us to plan our acreage around specific households — avoiding speculative commodity markets entirely.
Why subscribe instead of buying products individually?
Subscribers receive pre-harvest allocation, seasonal price protection, freshly milled flour, complete batch transparency, and a direct relationship with the farm. One-time purchases depend on available stock and current pricing — and they support the same farming, just without the advance commitment that makes it sustainable for us.
Is my price fixed for the entire commitment period?
Yes. Once your subscription begins, your per-kilogram price is locked for the full duration of your chosen plan, regardless of market price movements or seasonal shortages.
Can I change my monthly quantity?
Depending on the stage of the agricultural season, you may increase your allocation. Reductions are subject to crop planning commitments already in place. Our team will walk you through what's possible when you contact us.
What if I move to a new address?
You can update your delivery address before the next dispatch cycle through your account. Your subscription remains active as long as deliveries are serviceable at the new location — enter your new PIN code to check coverage.
Do all tiers receive the same quality of grain?
Absolutely. Every tier receives the same zero-residue, ICBN-grown grain and the same cold-milled flour with full batch transparency. The difference between tiers is quantity, commitment duration, and the depth of access and relationship — not the quality of what arrives at your door.
Why do longer commitments cost less per kilogram?
Longer commitments give us greater certainty before sowing — which reduces our financial risk, allows us to bypass speculative markets, and lets us plan our acreage precisely. Those efficiencies come back to you as a lower per-kilogram price.
How do I know the grain is genuinely chemical-free?
Every harvest batch is independently tested by SGS India before dispatch. You receive the lab report for your specific batch before your flour is shipped. You can also access the complete batch ledger — every result, every harvest, publicly — at The Registry.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. There are no lock-in periods, cancellation fees, or minimum commitment durations. Cancel before your next billing date and no further charge will be made. We only ask that you give us 5 days notice so we can adjust our milling schedule accordingly.
What happens if a harvest fails or is delayed?
In the event of a shortfall due to weather or crop failure, every committed household shares proportionally in the available harvest. We will notify you immediately, provide a transparent account, adjust your subscription billing proportionally for that cycle, and — where stock exists — offer supply from our reserve grain bank. We will never quietly substitute grain or ship an untested batch.
Can I choose which variety I receive each month?
Yes. At the time of subscription setup, you select your preferred variety: Sona Moti, Chawal Kathiya, or Sharbati. Tapasvi and Siddh tier subscribers may request a split allocation across varieties each month.
How fresh is the flour when it arrives?
Your flour is milled within 14 days of harvest clearance and shipped within 72 hours of milling. The nitrogen-flushed packaging maintains freshness for up to 9 months from the milling date, but under normal household use you will consume it long before that.
Do you ship pan-India?
Yes. We currently dispatch to all major metro areas and Tier 1 cities via temperature-controlled courier. We are expanding to Tier 2 cities through 2026. Enter your PIN code at checkout to confirm serviceability before subscribing.
What does "named plot stewardship" mean for Siddh subscribers?
Siddh is not a subscription plan. It is a standing relationship with a specific piece of farmland. Your named plot is cultivated exclusively for your household's allocation. You receive its GPS coordinates, quarterly soil test reports, and photo documentation through every season. When your flour arrives, you know precisely which field it came from and what happened there.

Your kitchen.
Our acreage.

Every commitment allows us to sow with confidence, avoid speculative markets, and grow food the way this land was designed to produce it.

Reserve your household's harvest today. Your first batch arrives within 30 days, accompanied by the SGS lab report for your specific grain.
